rec-on.org is an attempt to break free “sound” from existing forms of publishing and listening
it is an experiment, by no means perfect, it fails and risks in expression, it wants to uplift artists that work bravely and concretely with political realities and handles difficult sonic materials
much like a protest song but for the 21st century
